Our friend Mike Gauthier has been brewing Sophie’s Mild–named after his firstborn daughter–for over 12 years now. So, when we decided we wanted to brew a Mild Ale, we reached out to the expert with upwards of 15 years of experience to help us along. Brewed in the session ale tradition of England, Sophie’s Mild features a sweet caramel backbone with the lightest touch of roast. It's the perfect backdrop for the fruity esters of the traditional English yeast strain to shine. The finish is clean, dry, and will leave you feeling as fresh as the flowers adorning this can–inspired by Sophie’s own drawings!
