Two ale yeast strains duke it out in the fermenter to produce this triple dry-hopped, hazy, blond, double IPA packed with Vic Secret, 007 and Lotus hops. Look for bright aromas and flavors of papaya, mango, and pineapple backed by some light citrus and a finish of gentle floral and resin notes wrapped up in a sticky malty body with a soft mouth.

Poured from 16-ounce can into a Spiegelau IPA glass. A sip upon opening the can revealed resiny hops and a ton of bitterness, along with a sweet caramelly malt backbone and a burst of juicy tropical fruit. Hazy orange-yellow colored body, with a pillowy white three-finger head that capped it off nicely. The promise of the first sip carried through on the aroma and flavor profiles: malt forward, lots of oily cirtus-zest bitterness on the palate, tropical fruit with a floral overtone, and a bit of astringence and lingering fruity tartness on the finish. Very drinkable for the high (10%) ABV, although the alcohol warmth becomes more pronounced as the beer warms a bit. Overall, a outstanding beer that really satisfies a hophead's craving.
