As its name implies, our single hopped South Side displays all the sharp and zesty notes of the aptly named Citra hop. Light a refreshing, our South Side Citra was crafted to capture the essence of a perfect summer day. But then we thought, why stop at perfection? We've doubled down on our bright summer afternoon with a double dry hop of the namesake to ratchet up the lush and juicy character of this already refreshing beverage. then, because we could, we added gobs of tangerine and orange peel until the beer tasted like it had been freshly squeezed from the sun itself. From BBQ's on the South Side, to the beaches of Saylorville, and everywhere in between; this is our new summertime jam.
