As its name implies, our South Side Citra Blond Ale displays all the sharp and zesty notes of the aptly named Citra hop. Light and refreshing, South Side Citra was crafted to capture the essence of a perfect summer day. But then we thought: why stop at perfection? We’ve doubled down on our bright summer afternoon with a double dry hop of the namesake to ratchet up the lush and juicy character of this already refreshing beverage. Then, because we could, we added hundreds of pounds of sweet and succulent strawberries for a beer that's so luscious and bright, it's the perfect counter to the impending summer heat.
