A golden wild ale can be a stellar introduction to wood aged wild and sour beers. While each variation is unique, they tend to be light bodied with soft and complex flavors. Tart, but not too acidic; funky, but not too wild; oakey, but not too dry—it tends to be the perfect step just outside the bounds of more familiar beer styles. If, as Arthur C.
