Beautiful looking with a fun hybrid aroma of coffee and tropical fruits. The bitterness is huge, reminiscent of the IBU wars of circa 2007. Surprising and overwhelming in the first few sips. A tad astringent, but it really settles in and is quite enjoyable. Coffee flavor peels out here and there later on, and that is definitely adding some of the bitterness too.
