For Pralines and Creme, we brewed up one of the biggest stouts we’ve ever made, boiling it overnight to reduce it into a thick, sweet behemoth of a milk stout. Inspired by the classic Southern treat, pralines—a confection made from pecans, caramelized sugar, and cream—we rested the milk stout on toasted pecans and smooth bourbon vanilla beans until every sip sang with the indulgent decadence of the gooey, sweet candies. Think of it as Southern hospitality in a bottle: warm, comforting, and perfect for sipping and savoring with friends.
