From a classic Czech Pilsner to the trendiest of milkshake IPAs, kiln dried and pelletized hops are the industry standard for almost every beer you enjoy throughout the year. We say almost, because once a year, when the fresh hops are ready for harvest we have the opportunity to brew a “Wet” Hopped IPA. We overnighted freshly picked Cascade from the Crosby hop yards in Oregon, and within 48 hours these unkilned hops go directly from vine to our kettles. We keep the malt bill simple to allow that distinctive smooth fresh hop character to shine through.

Aroma is caramel/malts, fruit and citrus/Cascade hops. The flavor is fruit, caramel malts/grains, a hint of pineapple and a dry/very piney hop finish.
