32oz growler, sample from the brewery.

Aside from the slight haze this is a great looking brew. Just enough crispness and stays clean throughout. Hint of malt sweetness, toasted graininess, and soft herbal hop in the nose and on the palate. Extremely drinkable, obviously very well put together.

Appearance: Extremely gold as the color suggests. There is a little white lacing that sticks to the glass. The gold, hay color of the beer is crystal clear.

Smell: Noble hops, and a slight sweet bread from the malt. Nice.

Taste: Perfectly crisp. There is a little flowery, floral flavor, just barely detectable next to the malt.

Mouthfeel: Crisp, clean, and lagered to perfection for that flowery soft mouthfeel.

Overall: Excellent beer. Probably my favorite of Confluence's "Flagship beers." An example of how great a simple beer can be.
