Sampled last night on 7/1/15. Comes in a 32 ounce "Growler" bought at the Hy-Vee over next door in Council Bluffs, Iowa for $9.99 yesterday as well. Chilled down to 36 degrees F in my beer cooler and poured in to a .5L handled glass stein.
Brew pours a pitch-black in color with a good 2-finger foamy beige head that finally settles down to a good 3mm or so after after 5 minutes. "Ring-like' lacing is seen when sipped. The aroma is of roasted malts for the most part with some earthy hops. Nose follows the aroma for the most part with a light hint of caramel also. Slight bitter finish that doesn't last at all, just adds some character to this tasty brew. Medium-bodied with perfect carbonation which is on the lower side. Good brew!

A - black body and white, nitro tap head. hard to go wrong.
Smell - little bit of roast and some earthy hop aroma.
Taste - roast provides a slight bitterness, some malt caramel comes across. Well balanced beer. Might be lacking a little bit. It is nicely simple though.
Mouthfeel - nice, creamy nitro. Pretty light bodied.
Overall - This is a nice nitro. It is supposed to be sessionable and clearly is. The light body is good, with a nice roast.
