A delicate German golden ale. Much cleaner and crisper than most ales and features a gentle, German noble hop finish.

Actually quite good. Here goes:
A: Pours a decent-sized head but leaves very little lacing (think this is a style thing, however). Perfectly clear yellow and a decent level of carbonation. Overall, the beer's appearance was good.
S: Very estery, which is good considering the style. Lots of lighter fruits and spices, too. Good.
T: Lots of lighter fruits and white pepper from the yeast. Also a fair amount of grainy malt and banana. Tastes just like a traditional German Kolsch.
F: Great. Smooth and crisp.
O: This was a very good beer. I would definitely have it again.
