Traditional, unfiltered Bavarian wheat beer. A light and effervescent thirst quencher. Starts with a refreshing tanginess. Finishes with a distinct yeast character of banana and clove.

DDH version. Not particularly fruity, the hopping fails to shine, although it did have a hint of the traditional banana note you'd want in a Hefe. Quite pleasantly drinkable, but not particularly memorable overall.
