Now THIS BEER is incredibly impressive. It combines two of my favorite hop strains, Citra and Amarillo, very well. I hope they keep this beer as part of their usual tap line. Here goes:
A: Very beautiful pinkish-red. Perfectly clear with plenty of carbonation. Also has good head retention and plenty of lacing. Truly unique and beautiful color for an APA/IPA.
S: Whoa, excellent. Perfect mixture of herbs, flowers, and grass. Also has lots of lighter fruits link mango. Excellent.
T: Follows the nose, but it also has a surprising caramel malt kick at the back of the palate that makes its presence known after consumption. Really good, actually.
F: Nearly perfect. Well carbonated.
O: An outstanding beer. Would definitely substitute Zombie Dust for this at the right price.
