Had at The Tap, Bloomington, on draft into tulip pint.
Hopscotch Coffee is Bloomington’s promiscuous coffee roastery, collaborating with both Switchyard and The Tap on coffee stouts. Had them back-to-back before and with lunch recently. (It’s a short walk between taprooms.)
This one—the original—is sweeter, and chocolate, where Switchyard’s is vanilla and caramel, but both are primarily about the excellent coffee and roast malts.
