Malted barley, wheat, oats, and local wildflower honey create the backbone for local baby ginger from White Violet Center for Eco-Justice, rosemary, and chamomile. Spicy, herbal, floral with soft honey notes and a light tartness and spice from the native Indiana yeast.

The beer pours a slightly hazy amber/copper color, with a small white head that recedes quickly leaving behind virtually no lacing.
The aroma is mildly sweet, slightly tart, fruity, and herbal.
The flavor follows the aroma, sweet and slightly tart, with notes of honey, ginger, and just a hint of rosemary. Kind of tea-like. Medium/light bodied and lightly carbonated
Overall, this is a nice beer that offers just enough complexity to make it interesting without overpowering the palate.
