Reviewed from notes taken at Hell Hunt in Tallinn in Summer 2014. On-draught into a bierkrug there.
4.60% ABV. .5cl cost 3.20 euro.
HEAD: None whatsoever. No lacing.
BODY: Clear translucent pale copper of average vibrance. No yeast/lees are visible within.
Appears adequately carbonated. Not unique or special in appearance. I'm looking forward to trying it, but it's surprisingly clean and filtered in appearance given the intended style.
AROMA: Honey malt, helles malts, malty sweetness. Pretty generic. Suggests a pedestrian brew. Pleasant enough. Mild in terms of aromatic intensity.
TASTE: Honey malt, helles malts, malty sweetness, and some floral hop character. Average depth, duration, and intensity of flavour.
Pretty standard pedestrian fare.
TEXTURE: Smooth, wet, of average carbonation, and light-bodied. Suits the taste okay, I guess.
OVERALL: Meh. A very substandard brew given the intended style. I wouldn't bother with it again, but it's average.
Low C (2.80) / AVERAGE
