We took a light bodied and refreshing Kolsch and added a touch of sweetness, courtesy of Weston's own, Red Bee Honey. Bee Enlightened has a slightly hazy body, moderate bitterness, floral and honey notes and rounds out with a smooth clean finish.

Poured from a 12 ounce can into a pint glass. Light yellow in color, nice head. Faint aroma of honey. There is a honey sweetness on the first sip, with the Kolsch style still present. Very light in mouth feel; would have preferred a little more zest. Not a bad idea, or execution; just needs a bit more body.
