Named for Ashe County’s own Three Top Mountain, this India Pale Ale is brewed using hefty amounts of 3 different hops that are added throughout the brewing process.

This blending of hops adds the right amount of bitterness and aroma while still allowing the malt flavor to show through.

This unfiltered brew has a thick golden color. This super hoppy IPA has a clean-citrus finish that is not too overpowering.

Very hoppy beer that is not over the top bitter. Nice smooth start and finish with a load of citrus after tones. Could have used just a little more carbonation but after talking to the owner and head brewer I found out that this beer was brewed recently and that they currently carbonate each keg individually and this one apparently did not spend enough time under the CO2. Looking forward to seeing this one on tap again. These guys rock and the Tap Room & Restaurant at Boondocks Brewing is awesome.
