Brewed with 6 varieties of malted barley that results in a silky smooth, yet complex beer.
Aged in small Bourbon Barrels to mellow out the Chocolate and to provide a unique drinking experience.
This beer has a rich mouth feel, is somewhat sweet and nicely balanced by the hops and slight Bourbon notes.

This has to be one of the best Bourbon Stouts that I have had and I have had a lot. There was just something about this beer. Perfect balance without being over the top. It may be that these guys are currently only brewing in 20 gallon batches so each batch has unique characteristics that can only be achieved through TLC and hard work. Can not wait until Boondocks Brewing is able to brew in larger quantities.
