A 10-oz. pour at the Brewery. Slightly hazy amber-brown color with a lasting biege soapy head with streaks of lace.
Mild smell of toasted grains and caramel with light herbal hops. Fresh baked bread with apple and pear.
Neutral taste with a hint of caramel sweetness, mild bitterness. Toasted bread in the lead followed closely by fruit and granola-like grains.
Medium-full body with lively carbonation. Nice balance of flavors, lightly malty with matching hops. Easy drinker, true to style and again I must mention the balance.
