Had a 12oz draft pour into a snifter while at Teton Village, WY. It was listed on the menu as Sweet Potato Porter by Q Roadhouse Brewing.
A- hazy brown with lots of carbonation leading to a nice head
S- slight hint of roasted malts(?) and something sweet
T- carbonation rolls in the mouth dissipating rapidly leaving a hint of (sweet potato)?
F- fizzy
If you swirl this beer in the glass the active carbonation creates a new head. Overall, this beer finishes more like a rye than a Porter. Glad I tried it, but doubt I will try it again.
