12oz canned in late April poured into a can-shaped glass.
A: Lightly-hazed straw with a soapy & wispy bright white head that fades quickly.
S: Floral and fruity, fairly light and subdued; stone fruit, apricot, melon.
T: A touch of malt presence emerges here, maintains the stone fruit and melon hop character with a nice floral component and a touch of fresh greenness.
MF: Light body with light bitterness and lower carbonation.
O: Not a particularly bright or aromatic or overtly-hoppy offering, more along the lines of a session hoppy beer. Still enjoyable.

12oz can from Boise Co-op. Pale golden pour, light haze, small white head. Fruity aroma, subdued, melange of citrus and tropical. Taste brings a bit of melon to the mix, soft sweetness, near juicy, smooth.

Canned April 20th 2020.
It pours a really pale gold with a lively head of foam that lasts. Can't bitch aboot the lacing.
The smell is like a hazy IPA, lots of grapefruit and hints of tropical fruit but it doesn't suggest a lot of bitterness. The malt presence is toasted to me.
The taste is...like West Coast IPA meets NEIPA. Toasted malt, grapefruit, light tropical fruit, so smooth and so integrated with the flavours.
Near perfect mouthfeel.
Excellent beer.

Nice pale yellow body; faintly cloudy; thick and sticky white head, sudsy and lasting; patchy globs of foam cling to the glass. Excellent soft, fresh lemon aroma; a touch of biscuit. The taste follows along the lines of the aroma, a bit less prominent; lemon cake. Medium body; soft and pillowy on th e palate.
This is my second experience with the concept of this beer, and I like the Roadhouse version better. It's still kind of a lightweight beer concept to begin with, but when done up like this brewery, the beer makes for a refreshing, low-key, low-ABV treat. Now if only I can find a west coast version of All Together...
