Taste: herbs, floral, barley grains, balanced with gentle hops, alcohol bite. Coriander and white pepper, spices, flowery hop nose. Copper/Amber, clear with white foam head and ring lattice. Medium body. Boozy a bit but not overly bitter at 102 IBUs!

A - Pours a hazy burnt orange with a one finger white head. Heavy amount of soapy lacing.

S - Aroma of grapefruti, tangerine and floral hops.

T - The taste is tangerine, peach, grapefruit, caramel malts and piney hops.

M - Medium bodied with medium carbonation. Soft mouthfeel with a crisp dry finish.

O - This is a really solid DIPA. The mosaic hops are the star of the show offering a nice blend of juicy and dank flavors.

22 ounce bottle into tulip glass; no bottle dating, but is a recent release. Pours slight hazy deep orange/copper color with a 1-2 finger dense and fluffy off white head with good retention, that reduces to a small cap that lingers. Nice spotty soapy lacing clings around the glass, with a moderate amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas of huge tangerine, grapefruit, peach, pineapple, apricot, mango, melon, passion fruit, papaya, lemon/orange peel, berry, light pepper, pine, caramel, brown sugar, light toffee, herbal, and floral/grassy earthiness. Fantastic aromas with awesome complexity and balance of juicy/dank citrus/tropical/pine hops and moderate malt sweetness; with great strength. Taste of huge tangerine, grapefruit, peach, pineapple, apricot, mango, melon, passion fruit, papaya, lemon/orange peel, berry, light pepper, pine, caramel, brown sugar, light toffee, herbal, and floral/grassy earthiness. Moderate pine/citrus rind/herbal/spicy bitterness on the finish; with lingering notes of tangerine, grapefruit, peach, pineapple, apricot, mango, melon, passion fruit, papaya, lemon/orange rind, pine, caramel, brown sugar, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness on the finish for a while. Incredible complexity, robustness, and balance of juicy/dank citrus/tropical/pine hops and moderate malt sweetness; with a great malt/bitterness balance; and minimal lingering hop astringency after the finish. Light-moderate dryness from bitterness, increasing through the glass. Medium carbonation and medium-full body; with a very smooth, moderately creamy/sticky/resinous, and lightly slick balanced mouthfeel that is nice. Very well hidden alcohol, with only a light warmth lingering after the finish. Overall this is an incredible DIPA! All around outstanding complexity, robustness, and balance of juicy/dank citrus/tropical/pine hops and moderate malt sweetness; very smooth and easy to drink for the big ABV. A highly enjoyable offering.
