L: Had this beer on-tap at Carolina Ale House, poured into a pint glass. Had a bright, golden yellow color and a clear consistency. There was a thin, foamy head that quickly dissipated. Not a whole lot of lacing.

S: A slightly underwhelming aroma of citrus fruit, malt, a bready quality, and hops.

T: Tasted of a small amount of hops (mostly in the finish), a light biscuit / bread quality, some citrus notes (mainly lemon), a good shot of malt, and a light vinous quality. This is one of those beers that's a bit on the bland side. You can detect some good things in the flavor, but they're a little muted.

F: A decent amount of carbonation with a smooth finish. Light-bodied.

O: This is one of those beers that could have better. Not bad, but there are better examples of a kolsch out there.

On tap:
Clear golden, with a head that stays as a solid foam cap atop the beer. Nice lacing as well.

Noseis cereal/cracker grain with a light citrus rind/zest. There's a light grape leave note as well.

Taste is a very light bread opening. The citrus notes and light vinuous notes come next. There's a Chablis aspect to the beer, though it stays bitter enough to not even come close to making a mistake. Warmth actually seems to bring a little more grassy bitterness - with a little lemongrass thrown in.

This beer opens a tad like a normal AAL, but jumps ship fairly quickly. A decent tasty beer that highlights malt and hops at different times, but stays with an enjoyable construct.

Had on draft in a pint glass at Carolina ale house, golden yellow with no lacing and no head,

Biscuity sweet smell

Taste was plain with bitter aftertaste.

Ok beer probably more true to style but have had better
