750 mL bottle dated August 15, 2016. Poured into Belgian ale glass.
L: 2F head which disappears very quickly, nothing left. Beer is a very clear light gold.
S: Textbook gose. Yeast, wheat malt, coriander, and sea air.
T: Pretty pronounced wheat malt, sourness almost not enough to balance. Coriander and brine come in on the end, in good ratios.
F: Light bodied, light to medium carbonation. Just a step off the crispness and refreshingness you want.
O: It's pretty decent.
