A: This poured a clear black cherry with a little tan head.
S: It smelled like dark chocolate, with some roasted coffee.
T: It tasted like dark chocolate, with some roasted coffee and cream. It had a clean sweet aftertaste.
M: It was thick with moderate carbonation. Nice full body.
D: This was a nice porter with a very simple but enjoyable scent and taste. The body was solid and the finish was smooth, so it was really easy to drink. Probably not for aging, already good fresh. Nothing special, but still quite yummy.

Poured from a bomber into a shaker pint, the beer is a very dark, brownish-black coloring, with a thin, filmy, light tan head that settles out quickly. Aromas of rich milk chocolate, creamy sweet, with sugary overtones. Flavors are rich milk chocolate forward, with a bitter and roasted backbone, and sugary lactose highlights. The body starts off smooth and creamy, but ends up with a effervesced edge. The aftertaste is all chocolate pudding. Damn tasty! Smooth, creamy finish with a sweet, rich, chocolate linger. Perfect sweet tooth beer.
