L: Poured from a tallboy can to a pint glass. Had a yellow-amber color and a slightly hazy consistency. There was a quarter inch of foamy / fizzy head that quickly dissipated. Pretty good lacing.
S: An interesting aroma of coffee, bourbon, vanilla, malt, and chocolate.
T: Tasted of a small amount of malt (hidden by the other elements), a good shot of bourbon (and the accompanying barrel), some chocolate notes, and a hint of vanilla. Like the aroma, this is not what you expect from a stout, but in a good way. The bourbon and coffee work well together, but it's a boozy, aggressive mix. Overall, pretty tasty.
F: A good amount of carbonation with a warm, sharp finish. Medium-bodied.
O: This is billed as a "white stout", and it's definitely that. If you want something offbeat give this a try.
