Wildwood Brewery is amazing! I am so impressed and feel so lucky to have this brewery nearby. German-style beers done well is unusual (although in Missoula we are also lucky to have Bayern Brewing, which is also great) and it is a breath of fresh air to have a new brewery that isn't an "alehouse". The barn where the brewery is located is wicked cool and the beers are head-shakingly good, seriously. They are also canning 3 of the beers (as of January 2013) which means I can enjoy them at home! And the real kicker? 100% organic. Badass.
