Collaboration with Edge Brewing Company & Bircus Brewing Co.
A traditional German Altbier. An assertive caramelly aroma leads into a nutty bready flavor profile with Hersbruckers Hops standing out in the finish. A rich copper color makes this one of the prettiest beers this side of Dusseldorf.

T: bready, with light caramel, slightly herbal, with perhaps a touch of cracker in the finish.
M: medium light feel with moderate carbonation, and a bit of bitter cling.
O: overall a pretty alright brew.

On tap. Poured out a clear, light brown color with a small, off-white head of foam. It smelled of biscuity malt, caramel and citrus. Nice bready malt taste with citrusy bitterness.

Had it from the tap at the brewery ( in a glass, not straight from the tap ;-). Somewhat flat for my taste, no head at all, but overall still very good.
