A classic European style brew that uses 100% UK hops, Maris Otter, Crystal and Vienna Malts. Notes of caramel, toffee and buttered toast provide for a smooth and complex flavor profile topped with a creamy head.

Aroma is fruit/mild dark fruit, malts/bread and caramel/good hint of sweetness. The flavor is fruit/hint of grapes, malts and a mix of caramel sweetness and spicy/grassy hops in the finish.

Day 15 of the 2021 Advent Calendar. Poured from a can into a pint glass. Pours deep red with a white head. Smells of caramelized grain, nothing stands out too much. Tastes of caramelized grain and some nice bright fruit notes. Beer is light bodied and easy drinking, good carbonation. Overall, a good beer.

Served from the can in a Mickey Finn's shaker pint glass.
That Judd Nelson guy was harsh. Anyway, this stuff pours a clear ruby-russet topped by a finger or so of dirty light beige foam. The nose comprises candied orange peel, light wet grass, and light dried caramel. The taste holds notes of orange zest, caramel, light rye bread, and flowers. The body is a light medium, with a light moderate carbonation and a drying finish. Overall, a nice little red, something that went well with the Frasier marathon I've had going for a while these past few days. Niles!
