Church Street Pils is brewed using a proprietary yeast strain and Czech Saaz hops for a pilsner that is completely unique to this side of the pond. The rich malt character of a Czech pilsner is derived from our European brewing techniques and is followed by the crisp hop bittnerness of a German pilsner. This award winning pilsner recipe has been flavored with yuzu, Meyer lemon and lime for a fresh citrus taste.

Day 8 of the 2021 Advent Calendar. Poured from a can into a pint glass. Pours yellow orange with a small white head. Smells of fresh fruit, especially lime, and sweet grain. Tastes of sweet grain with some nice bright passion fruit and lime. Beer is light bodied and easy drinking, good carbonation. Overall, a very good beer.

16oz can. Poured out a clear, straw-yellow color with a small, off-white head of foam. It left thin sheets of lace on the glass. It smelled of lemon, lime, toasted caramel and some floral notes. Sweet lime taste with some tart lemon and a toasted caramel backbone.
