Collaboration with Skeleton Key Brewing as part of Skeleton Key's Tour during their brewery rebuild.
Unholy unions produce the best ofspring and this new beer is no exception to the rule, as the dark malts of England meet the lagers of Germany in this new collab between Skeleton Key and Church St. Brewing. With this beer you get the subtle dark malt flavor of an English malt along with the clean lager character and Munich malt sweetness of a dark German beer. Prost! Or cheers!

A fan tan head and thick lacing accompany a murky opaque chestnut brown body. Sweet caramel malt meets earthy dark malt in the nose with hints of leather, cocoa, and roast. Taste starts with the roasted notes before sweet toasted caramel, dark cocoa, toast, and mild yeast come in smoothly. Feel is velvet smooth, medium bodied for style, and malty with a pillowy yeast as part of the rising finish. Fun experimental hybrid, but find myself wanting a pure dark mild

This is a collaboration with Skeleton Key Brewing. This is a dark lager that is light brown in color. It's got a nice malty flavor with some caramel, toffee, and nuts in the flavor profile. It's light but not watered down.

Day 9 of the 2021 Advent Calendar. Pours pitch black with a small light brown head. Smells of dark roasted grain with nice chocolate notes. Tastes of dark malt with chocolate aftertaste. Beer is light bodied and easy drinking, good carbonation. Overall, a very good beer.
