Made with Pilsner, Victory and Munich Malts and Northern Brewer Hops. Unique lager honoring the Dampfbier/California Common-Style by fermenting lager yeast at slightly warmer temperatures. Deep gold in color with mild fruitiness derived from the unique fermentation profile.

Had on tap. Clear burnt orange pour with a sudsy white foam, limited lacing. Aromas of caramel malt, flowers, brown bread and pale grass, very faint even for this delicate style. Taste however explodes in comparison, starting with the malts, general dark fruits, then the toasty brown bread, then finished with floral hops. Light but never gets too thin, easy drinking, amazingly smooth. Unique beer that paired well with a rainy spring day

Released 4/15/22; drank 4/20/22 @ the Yarchives.
See-through orange rust appearance.
A rough pour yielded a decent eggshell head; decent lace.
Raw grain & faint strawberry notes in the nose.
Medium mouthfeel.
Raw grain & faint strawberry flavors; interesting, and worth a quaff, but maybe one's enough.
