Once again we bring you a collaboration with our friends at Art History. This amber lager made up of Edelweiss, and an under modified lager malt from sugar creek. Double decoction, malt, bread crust, and honey notes.

Had on tap. Clear amber body with a big pearl white head, periodic lacing. Mild grain dots the aromas of amber malts, sharper yeast, and slight honey. Taste adds a big crusty bread note and earthy tones to the yeast, malt is forced to the backseat. Feel is odd in that the yeast leads for a style where malt should, thinner body but never watery, more grainy than anything
