Just like a little sibling, after Superdawg got a beer, the Whoopskidawg wanted a beer, and as you know, you can’t spell sausage without assuage. To compliment the Romanian, Hungarian, Polish Sausage, we crafted a deep amber German style ale that’s perfect on a Chicago evening.

3/12/15 - Draft (Iron Horse Ale House Chicago) - Copper red pour, nice body, tan thin head. Aroma light casual. Taste unique blend of caramelized onions and smokey malt, similar to the great Superdawg offering the beer is paired with. Medium texture, crisp and smooth going down. Overall it’s a very good offering by this local brewer.
