Dark mahoghany, black in the glass, two fingers of mocha foam that audibly fizzles away. Fudgy aroma, vanilla, boozy at first, some woody char as it warms up. Definitely has a chocolate malt aroma. Taste is pretty boozy, some resulting astringency. Bourbon heat, chocolate syrup, plenty of warming heat. Dark chocolate and woody char lingers into the aftertaste. Slow sipper, a little too hot, but a lot of chocolate. Pretty similar to their other BA stouts.

Viscous lighter black pour, no head. Bourbon laced cocoa pebbles makes up the smell, some molasses and brown sugar in the background. Taste gets waves: milk chocolate, then cereal chocolate malt, then a finishing wave of bourbon, dark chocolate, vanilla and brown sugar reduction. Feel is thick and viscous up front, then slowly dries through the sip, finishing cool and thinner. Fun and delicious

Poured into a snifter. Deep brown color with a medium sized tan head. Milk chocolate and faint bourbon on the nose. The taste brought huge silky chocolate flavor, balanced to a certain degree by the barrel. Chocolate was front and center and this one was sweet, but not overdone considering the style. Full bodied and tasted bigger than the 8%. Very enjoyable dessert beer.

Super chocolatey.
Like, a lot of chocolate in here, with hints of vanilla. I can't tell that this has been barrel aged. I wish I got more of a barrel presence, but I like this quite a bit. Very sweet, so share with someone.
Overall, I like this. Not my favorite, but a very good, above average sweet chocolate stout.

22oz undated bottle poured into a short nonic glass shows a light-defying black body with a slight mahogany tint at the very edge. A whispy cocoa powder colored island of bubbles disapates quickly and leaves random spotted lacing.
Aroma and flavors include chocolatey goodness with toasted oak, roasted malts, vanilla, hints of leather and ash.
Mouthfeel leans fuller, creamy, with slight booze warmth and a wet finish.
Overall a pleasant experience with a well brewed milk stout.

I was very surprised with my experience on this one. Nice ABV and just down right tasty. Goes well with hot dogs, burger and/or fries.
If you want something different that demands 2 sip-pings of "WOW-ness" This is it.
This brewmaster (or is that Brew-My-ster)can make tasty beer. Passion & forethought makes this a pleasant happening.
I wanna claim a tinge of vanilla.

This had a little too much sweetness for me. Sure enough, being a chocolate malt/milkshake influenced beer you would expect that but I wasn't prepared for it being so much so. Other than that, has a solid enough body and looks good.
