Growler fill from the brewery. This is a small batch with 30% ruby red grapefruit puree added. Mosaic dry-hopped.
Murky brownish orange with a dense head of creamy foam, sticky lacing all around the glass.
Aroma is big on fresh grapefruit, pungent Mosaic, fresh with a resiny hop profile behind it.
Taste is fruity with juicy bitter grapefruit, and resiny bitter hops in the aftertaste.
Smoother with the addition of grapefruit puree, though the growler seemed a little more muddled than the sample from the brewery the day before. Overall it was an enjoyable variation of their IPA.
