Appearance: Pours a clear, pale yellow color with a massive white head. A bubbling body. SRM of 7. (3.75)

Aroma: Moderate aromas of tart grape, pear, orchard fruit. Some phenols, bubblegum, and brett notes off the end with some yeast.

Flavor: Strong brett flavors upfront that soon dissolves into pear, grape, apple flavor. More brett yeast on the backend. A tart brett bite lingers on the end.

Feel: Medium bodied. Strong carbonation. Alcohol is detectable, not too strong, but the brett bite lingers.

Overall: This one has a definite brett bite upfront and on the end. Otherwise drinks like a clean saison, but the brett is definitely detectable here. The brett somewhat overpowers the base yeast strain flavors here would be my only criticism. Not sure about the ABV here, but feels appropriate. Overall, it tames as you drink it and grows on me. (3/4) Bubbly golden pour that is somewhat cloudy, some bubble islands with a tiny white ring. Smell is slightly more bready than the original, has some banana fruit esters, but otherwise has the same aromas. Taste sees the brett have its most prominent role so far yet, with wine, green grape (even though I know it was red wine), pear, and generally kind of bland. Feel is bready, with some brett and wine must, but again very light. Original was better
