(2/4) Bubbly golden pour that is somewhat cloudy, some bubble islands with a tiny white ring. This strain results in a more musty and wood laden smell compared to the original, still has red wine, peach and apricot esters. Taste starts with grape must, then enters into the red wine, lots of oak, brett, peach, champagne yeast, and then finishes with apple, pear, and slight funk interacting with the oak. All still very light and bright, vinous elements not as potent but the funk, brett, and must textures are much improved. Like a musty and bretty complex grape juice.
