(4/4) Bubbly golden pour that is somewhat cloudy, some bubble islands with a tiny white ring. Get more wood out of the smell in this one than any of the others, again red wine, grape, brett, and peach but now with esters of pear, dried cherry, and lemon. Taste is sweeter than the rest, focusing more on the wine up front, then transitioning to musty brett, fruit esters, yeast, and a kiss of funk by the finish. Feel is musty, slightly sweet, vinous, brett and oak laiden. My favorite of the four, but very slightly. Fun experiment!
