(1/4) Did a tasting with all four, excited to see the slight differences, so here we go! Bubbly golden pour that is somewhat cloudy, no head save a tiny white ring. Red wine, oak, peach, flowers, fruit esters of apricot, clementine, and very slight lemon zest aromas. Tastes as it smells plus pear, slight red grape, apple, brett, and a decent belgian yeast presence. Very subtle and light, brett is a finisher but not too potent, a little on the sweeter side with the vinous elements, leaves a floral impression as well.
