This was our new year's eve beer, wonderful with a charcuterie board! Darker body than expected, amber, decent carbonation with an off-white collar. Smells of brett, great white wine barrel, grape must, lemon zest, flowers, and funk. Taste follows the nose but the citrus is more juicy than zesty. Clean and balance, showcases the barrel vibrantly, good brett and funk textures through out, has a buttery finish that distinguishes it. The wife loved it.
