Dull brownish orange, momentary fizzy foam, fades to a dull slick surface.
Aroma is citrusy at first, gin is definitely present, some popcorn kernel. A little briny, due to the salt content, reminiscent of olives.
Taste is tart and lemony, gin botanicals, some ginger and coriander. Stale bread note of THP. Odd medicinal finish, definitely some numbing booze present. Hard to believe it’s under 5%. Slick with a bit of an aftertaste, lingering THP and booze. Not the smoothest. On the other hand, it has some unique flavors from the gin barrel. Needs some finessing, should be a lot cleaner. One and done.
