Brewed in honor of the iconic Chicago drive-in Superdawg, this easy drinking American Pale Ale highlights Citra and Mosaic hops.

Dark brassy orange, brownish and hazy with the yeast poured in. Dense creamy foam with ample lacing.
Citra aroma of tropical fruit, some tangerine, and lightly sweet malt in the periphery.
Taste is grapefruit peel bitterness, citrus oils, lingering and resinous. Malt sweetness comes through also.
Medium bodied, drinks more like an old school IPA. Got this fresh from the brewery a few weeks ago and it already seems maltier. Not sure why, as the hops are still very present, maybe not as pungent as the previous cans (5/19 review).
A nice old-school hoppy pale ale, scratches the hop itch for now.
