Drinking this beer a couple of years aged:
Appearance: Pours a light, slightly cloudy, pale yellow color. Minimal head. SRM of 7.
Aroma: Moderate to strong aromas of wild fruit, juicyfruit, grape, bubblegum.
Flavor: Strong and intensely tart and yeasty flavors of grape, banana, bubblegum with a strong Belgian flavor profile. Light, but incredibly yeasty.
Feel: Lighter-bodied. Huge amount of carbonation and yeast.
Overall: I'm drinking this beer a couple of years old, but this one has an incredible amount of Brettyeast. Strong yeast flavors of grape, plastic, grape bubblegum. Actually, still two years later it drinks quite like a Saison.
Hard to rate years later, but definitely not a bad Saison. I'll be interested to try the rest of their School of Brett series.
