Black with very dark brown highlights, thin layer of foam doesn’t stick around long, recedes to a thin ring.
Aroma is intense, the coconut comes out nicely, along with chocolate, rum, booze.
Taste has lots of chocolate, rum, and coconut, tastes like rum-soaked black forest cake. Coconut and chocolate linger into the aftertaste. Rich and complex.
Medium bodied, low carb, somewhat astringent from the barrel. Such a rich flavor, which balances it out overall.
