Wow, this is a banger Brett combo. Tropical fruit galore, pineapple, grapefruit, eucalyptus and banana peels. Foggy saturated orange, ample foam that settles soon enough and laces well. Complex fruity aroma, aformentioned eucalyptus and pineapple. Medium bodied with a banana pith creaminess, light carb and acidity, mild saison yeast phenolics. Big flavor, easily drinkable. Edit: 6 months later and it’s just as good, somewhat drier and fully attenuated. Wow.
