This will be a combo rating of the Whole Foods market and River Room. Decent selection of NW beers and mixed six pack options. River Room offers a place to enjoy your WF deli purchases and offers a nice selection of local and regional crafts. Old Rasputin on nitro is always on@!

The Whole Foods in Boise has a decent beer selection, comparable to places like the CoOp. Within the same price range, though the CoOp is probably still a better value.
As will other Whole Foods, the salad bar, pizza bar, sandwich bar are all pretty good. You can drink beer and wine (bottles or taps), and upstairs in the river room is where the beer taps are. Around 10-15 taps I would say? Locals are always on, and a good selection of other brews.
Servers are nice and helpful, from the food department to up in the bar area. Overall this is a nice change of pace for a quick bite and a brew, combined with getting some shopping done; who doesn't like that option?
Pints are available to go, in a mason jar, for $1 extra. Thought that was pretty cool.
