Like a lot of Filling Station's ales, found this one to be very much to style. Like traditional Berliner Weisses, this one is either served as-is or with raspberry syrup. Had the raspberry syrup for this session.
Ale is light straw in color with little head. Addition of raspberry syrup creates a rosy glow. Aroma is sweet, light, and fruity, as is the taste. Tart and sour, lightly spiced.
