Poured from a 16oz can dated 11/07/24 to a Nonic at fridge temp.
This has a foggy (yes foggy) deep gold body. It has a uniform-sized bubble head of white that is approximately 1.5”. The head fades rather quickly, but leaves a full layer and laces aggressively.
My initial sense from a whiff is melon, but as the session goes on I’m picking up resin.
The taste seems to change during the session also. Melon and citrus initially, but pine comes on strong. Alcohol is there on the finish. The 2020 BA database entry says 9.3%, but my current can says 9.0.
The mouthfeel is light as is the carbonation.
Labeled as an Imperial IPA, this seems to be in the West Coast style more than anything, but it is certainly not clear bodied. It's good but not great.

Slightly opaque, not hazy, apricot colored with a low white head that settles out quickly. Low aroma of orange and berries, ripe fruit. Flavors of honey malt, some hard edged bitterness, and an alcoholic heat that takes over. Fairly one-dimensional. Expected more.

16 oz can into chalice. Dated 6/13/19.
Look is little cloudy dark orange. Smell was grassy and grapefruit. Taste followed nose. Feel was light. Overall, not the best I have had from them, and they are one of my favortite brewerers, OK but wouldn't go back for this.

Azacca single hopped dipa. Lots of grapefruit, candied grapefruit peel, ripe mango, orange zest and a touch of pine. Large cracker malt. Starts out sweet but ends up semi dry and a bit boozy. Eh. Pretty good.

16 oz. can.
Canned 12/17/17.
Printed on can's bottom: "Livin in a gangstas paradise."
Moderate pour yields a 1/2 inch white head over a bright amber body with some lacing. Nose of slight citrus, slight tropical fruit as it warms, and even slighter grass and pine. Taste of tropical fruit, citrus, and a pine bitterness. Nice feel and overall, an interesting DIPA and glad for the opportunity. Cheers!
